SolWash Ops

SolWash Ops is the operational application for SolWash business owners, supervisors, and authorized teams.

Manage daily operations from a single location:

• Check the status of stations and machines.

• Identify equipment that is online, offline, or requires attention.

• Review physical receipts, activations via Kora, and sifter commissions.

• View the operational activity of each machine.

• Create, confirm, cancel, or reverse cash counts according to assigned permissions.

• Run operational checks and tests on compatible equipment.

• Register machines and complete their commissioning with authorized profiles.

• Switch between organizations when your account has access to more than one.

ROLE-CONTROLLED ACCESS

Each user only sees the organizations, stations, data, and actions corresponding to their profile. Owners can view business information; supervisors manage the operation of their stations; and technicians access the tools necessary for maintenance and commissioning.

REQUIREMENTS

SolWash Ops requires an account created and authorized by a SolWash organization. The application does not allow public user registration. Some features depend on machines being connected to the platform.
