The official app to manage your MiTienda24 online store from your mobile phone. Designed for those who already have a store on the platform and need to handle orders without being at their computer.

IMPORTANT: You need a MiTienda24 merchant account with an active payment plan. This app does not create stores: it manages the one you already have.

GET INSTANT NOTIFICATIONS FOR EVERY ORDER

Receive a notification as soon as a new order comes in, even if the app is closed. Tap it and go directly to the details, without having to search for it.

FULFILL YOUR ORDERS FROM ANYWHERE

• Search by order number or customer
• Filter by status and date: today, last 7 or 30 days
• View complete details: customer information, shipping address or pickup location, products, totals, payments, and notes
• Change order status following the workflow: confirmed, in process, shipped, delivered, canceled, or refunded

CORRECT STOCK ON THE SPOT

You're in the store and notice the stock doesn't match. Adjust it right there:

• Add, subtract, or set quantities. Adding and subtracting are relative, so they won't overwrite a sale that came in while you were checking.
• See at a glance which products are out of stock or low in stock.
• Filter by low stock to know what to restock.

MANAGE YOUR CATALOG

• Create, edit, and delete products.
• Change prices and sale prices.
• Mark products as featured or as new arrivals.
• Activate or deactivate products without deleting them.
• Organize categories and subcategories, and manage your brands.
• Sort your catalog by name, price, stock, or last edit.

• See how much each customer has bought and how many orders they've placed.
• Message them on WhatsApp, call them, or send them an email with a tap.
• Review their order history.

SEE HOW YOUR BUSINESS IS DOING

Sales, number of orders, average order value, and profit for the day, the last 7 days, or the last 30. And the order count by status, to know how many you have pending. Attend.
