Guinea Partners

Partners is Guinea Mobile's mobile application for sales teams that sell and operate mobile services at the point of sale. It's designed for authorized partners and agents, with access based on the profile and permissions assigned to each account.

From a single platform, you can serve your customers, record transactions, and monitor your business activity, with clear workflows and integrated validations for greater efficiency and control.

For Sales Partners

If you work with a partner group, the app allows you to:

• Activate new lines with physical SIM cards or eSIMs
• Port numbers with PIN verification
• Serve domestic and international customers, according to your permissions
• Top up mobile lines
• Operate with different types of documents (national ID, passport, CE, among others)
• Validate transactions using biometrics of the salesperson and the customer when applicable

The functions visible on your screen depend on the permissions configured for your partner group.

For Cuy Agents

If you register as a Cuy agent, in addition to sales transactions, you'll have access to management tools:

• Agent digital wallet with balance inquiry
• SIM card inventory: stock, chip requests, and order tracking
• History of activated lines with daily and period summaries
• Wallet top-up history
• Top-up of customer lines (if enabled in your profile)

Partners is designed for professional use in stores, points of sale, or in-person customer service. It includes guided workflows for activations and number portability, customer data validation, document capture (when applicable), and confirmation of successful transactions.

You can also view your profile, securely log out, and change your partner or agent type upon login.

Requirements

This application is for the exclusive use of users registered and authorized by Guinea Mobile. To access it, you need valid credentials and the configuration corresponding to your partner or agent profile.
