Alerta Chalaca

Alerta Chalaca is an independent, community-based mobile platform developed to empower residents of the Constitutional Province of Callao to monitor, prevent, and protect their territory.

Using satellite mapping tools and GPS geolocation, citizens can document and issue real-time early warnings about illegal land occupations, clandestine boundary demarcations, illegal dumping of construction debris, and damage to public spaces in their community.

MAIN FEATURES:

• Satellite Map Viewer: High-resolution interactive maps with satellite layers (ArcGIS, OpenStreetMap, dark mode) delineating the 7 districts of Callao.

• Real-Time GPS Geolocation: Automatic capture of incident coordinates or touch-sensitive pinpointing of the exact location directly on the map.

• Photographic Evidence: On-site recording with the mobile device's camera to document events in the reported area.

• 100% Local Registration and No Passwords: No cumbersome procedures or passwords on servers. Your data is saved to your phone's local storage so you can access the map directly every time you open the app.

• Anonymous Reporting Mode: A protected option to send alerts with complete anonymity, without requesting names or ID numbers.

• Coverage throughout the Province: Works for Callao Cercado, Bellavista, Carmen de la Legua Reynoso, La Perla, La Punta, Ventanilla, and Mi Perú.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY: Your security and privacy are our priority. All reports submitted are transmitted through secure encrypted channels (HTTPS/TLS) to a private technology platform managed by the company for community analysis and monitoring. We do not sell or share data with third parties.
