CIVICAR is an independent application developed by Eyaq Systems. It is not a Peruvian government app nor is it affiliated with any public entity. It gathers public information from the official websites linked at the end; for any procedure, the information published by each entity is valid.

With CIVICAR, you no longer have to browse multiple websites: simply enter the license plate number and you'll have everything on a single screen, organized and easy to read.

WHO IS IT FOR?
For inspectors, security personnel, drivers, and anyone who wants to buy a used car with peace of mind.

WHAT YOU GET
- The vehicle: registration certificate, owner, make, model, year, engine, and VIN.

Its status: SOAT (mandatory traffic accident insurance) and technical inspection with their validity, and any traffic violations and tickets issued by SUTRAN (Superintendency of Land Transportation of Passengers, Cargo and Merchandise), Lima, and Callao.

The person: ID, driver's license, traffic tickets, and a check on the Wanted List. - Alerts for vehicles reported by private financial institutions (not from the government).

INFORMATION YOU CAN TRUST
Each result tells you which institution it comes from and the time it was checked. If an official page doesn't respond, we'll tell you clearly: we never present it as if there were no records.

NO MONTHLY FEES
