Nexus Link Fixer is a simple and open-source Chrome extension that redirects old Nexus Mods page and wiki links to their newer counterparts. It fixes URLs like https://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/ to the newer format (https://nexusmods.com/skyrim/) and redirects older Wiki links to the new more-secure Wiki (https://wiki.nexusmods.com/).
