HONEST ABOUT VOICES
PDF Voice Reader uses the text-to-speech voices on your phone (for example Speech Services by Google or your phone maker's engine). It does not use cloud or AI voices, so there is nothing to upload and no per-minute fee. Voice quality and available languages depend on the voices you have installed.
