2026-06-10	Fi*****	Same here like all others: it just doesn't work. That's sad for an organisation as pcloud.com is. This is really bad. Either don't offer an add-on or offer a working one! The only browser I got it alive was Chrome, the most secure one. But there the add-on didn't do much at all, just text saving kind of worked, but it was a bit of a waste of time. So couldn't give more then 1/5 stars, but even that is to much.

2026-03-10	Pr*****	Signing into the Pcloud Save extension for Firefox via Email (the standard method of Login) doesn't even work, unlike with the Chrome extension. Disappointed but hoping Pcloud will fix this soon, as I love Pcloud as a cloud service.

Note this review (under 3 stars, by jmho) dated over a year ago: "I have also opened a ticket with pCloud technical support on 08/30/2024 01:53:39 PM. Below is their response: Hello, Thank you for contacting pCloud's Technical Support. Our developers are aware of the login issue with the pCloud Save extension for Firefox but a fix hasn't been provided yet. We'll get back to you as soon as we have more details or a solution. If you have any additional questions, please don't hesitate to ask. Regards, George Lewis pCloud's Technical Support." 18 months later and they're still working on it!
