The site does not respond to ibstall the app. I can't get past the covering screen.

They deleted everyone's accounts. Do not re-register on the website, as they don't have a working 'delete me', sell data, and they only support (ad/offer supported) free entries for $5000 sweeps. Everything else is paywalled.
