Time Bookmarks will add a 'Bookmark' link below Youtube videos. If you bookmark a Youtube video this way, the bookmark will store the time you've viewed up to. When you revisit the video through the bookmark, it will start where you left off last time.

Good method for syncing between devices, as the bookmarks are standard Chrome bookmarks.
