Money Jar

Money Jar is a personal finance app that helps you understand your money flow in a simple visual way.

It turns income into “water flowing into a jar” and expenses into “leaks” that slowly drain the jar. This makes it easier to see where your money comes from, where it goes, and how much is actually left at the end of the month.

Key Features

• Track income
Record salary, side income, extra income, or any money coming in, and see it as water filling your jar.

• Track expenses as leaks
Manage loans, installments, credit cards, debt, or expenses you want to close. Each leak can show remaining installments and status by size and color.

• Fixed Cost management
Separate necessary recurring expenses such as utilities, phone bills, subscriptions, or regular bills. They count as expenses but do not appear as leaks on the jar.

• Monthly general expenses
Record daily spending such as food, shopping, coffee, transport, or small purchases for the current month.

• Money Jar health
See your overall financial condition based on income, expenses, and remaining balance.

• Daily budget
Calculate how much you can spend per day from today until the end of the month, based on your remaining balance.

• Paid status
Long press an item to mark it as paid for the current month.

• List and timeline views
View expenses as a clean list or timeline, with collapsible sections for better organization.

• Home screen widget
Check your Money Jar health, daily budget, jar illustration, and leaks directly from your phone’s home screen.

• Smart reminders
Get reminders before leak payment dates and month-end reminders to send your summary report.

• Email reports
Generate a clean HTML email report with summaries and tables for general expenses, leaks, and fixed costs.

• Export and import data
Back up your data as a JSON file and import it again when changing devices or reinstalling the app.

• Multi-language support
Supports Thai, Japanese, and English. Use your device language automatically or choose a language inside the app.

Your data is stored locally on your device using SQLite. The app does not automatically send your data outside your device. Email reports and data exports happen only when you choose to do them.

Money Jar is not a financial advice app. It is a tool to help you organize your money flow and clearly see how much remains each month.
