I'm working from a Chromebook and I cannot seem to get the lowercase letter e with a macron for Maori. It works well in capitals. Every other letter is fine. Any idea's?

I can't make the macron over the u work! Apart from that great. But I really need a u = any hints?

‘Ō ‘Ā‘oia! It takes some getting used to (the task of copying & pasting/transferring into a document), but it works...well. Mahalo ā nui! Ku‘ulei
