Polynesian Text: A Chrome Extension For Hawaiian & Māori Input

Polynesian Text is a Chrome extension that enables writing in Hawaiian and other Polynesian languages. It provides a useful tool for entering special characters such as vowels with macrons and the correct 'okina or glottal stop character. Useful key combinations are provided for entering these characters, making it easier for users to write in these languages. Particularly helpful when the Polynesian Keyboard doesn't work on certain sites.

I'm working from a Chromebook and I cannot seem to get the lowercase letter e with a macron for Maori. It works well in capitals. Every other letter is fine. Any idea's?

I can't make the macron over the u work! Apart from that great. But I really need a u = any hints?
