2026-01-05	SG*****	My paid version disappear immediately after I change my phone, but C2Lab is really responsive to my queries and finally I'm able to reactivate my subscription on the new phone. greatly appreciate for the prompt response and help. this saved me alot of time and effort to restart everything on a new app. very reliable!!

2025-02-22	Am*****	When I changed my phone, the app has stop working and each time I want to login it always notify wrong password given even though resetting the password using temporary password should solved this. I've emailed the developer as well but no response. Silent. Seems like they drop support for this app. I feel terrible because I don't know how to retrieve all the saved passwords and lack of support from the developer. I don't recommend it to anyone. Please don't try it.

Question please answer - How do you change the icons used for various entries? I have downloaded Win app but says it needs to sync in the Android app first before running. How? Syncing between phone and tablet works well. Where can I find a comprehensive user guide?
