PassCell is an open source password manager. It generates and saves site passwords, like other password managers do. It tries to be easy to use and secure. It features end-to-end encryption of site passwords.

PassCell saves site passwords and fills login and password information automatically. It uses a master password to encrypt site passwords before saves them to disk and in the server. The encryption and decryption is done in the browser, and the master password is never sent over wire or saved in the server.
