Allows to import or export a branch of the bookmark tree as json or html

Usage:

install the add-on
click toolbar icon
click the import or export button in the popup
in the import dialog select a folder the file you want to import from
in the export dialog click export to export all bookmarks otherwise choose a folder beforehand

Notes:

Permissions:
- bookmarks, to read or create the bookmarks
- menu, to create the right click menu + events
This add-on tries to use the minimal number of required permissions to successfully fullfill its intended purpose. If you think this could be improved please let me know by opening an issue and i will try to look into it.
