Parsimony SOPbox

The Parsimony SOPbox™ extension enables e-commerce sellers who use Parsimony to follow best practices for their business by showing detailed, step-by-step SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures). The SOPbox can be accessed on every website, making it easy for users to follow the steps. Following these steps ensures that the user runs their e-commerce business efficiently by using the best possible practices for every process.

FEATURES:

1. Works Everywhere: You can browse the SOPs on any website you visit, which lets you work seamlessly. No need to switch between tabs to read instructions.
2. Access all SOPs: You can use the 'Search' function inside the SOPbox to find any SOP that you need.
3. Write your own SOPs: Users can easily create SOPs for anything they want and know that they will stay private to their system.

SETTING UP THE SOPbox:

1. Install the extension.
2. Open your Parsimony website (e.g. yourcompany.parsimony.com) and log in.
3. Click on the teal sidebar and press 'Load SOPs'.
4. Now you're ready to use the SOPbox on any website you visit!
5. You can disable the SOPbox extension by clicking on the Parsimony icon on your task bar (and enable it the same way!)
