Just got scammed from this app, not maliciously, but because the app system itself is developed wrongly. I purchased a ticket and after validation the qr code lasted only 2 hours, but my bus was due to come after 4 hours. costumer service was totally unhelpful and mean, with only few emails they dropped responsibility. I have never seen a business that is not interested at all about customer, unable to provide solutions after such a simple application bug. Use any other app rather than this.
