A Firefox addon that allows you to use keyboard shortcuts to traverse parent tabs. The default keyboard shortcuts are Ctrl+Alt+D for next\down and Ctrl+Alt+U for previous\up. These can be changed in about:addons -> Manage Extension Shortcuts.

This can be useful when used in conjunction with addons like "Tree Style Tab" (TST) and "Sidebery" as this will allow you to switch between parent tabs of trees, which if used as "root tabs of topics", allows you to quickly move across topics.
