SARIS Mobile is the official field application of the Somali Agricultural Regulatory and Inspection Service (SARIS), a body of the Federal Republic of Somalia.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

For field inspectors
• Open assigned inspections and complete stage-by-stage forms

• Record digital signatures from inspectors and applicants
• Submit findings even with no signal — everything syncs when you reconnect

For seed importers, exporters and growers (applicants)
• Submit new applications for seed certification, importer/exporter licensing, and variety registration
• Save partial applications as drafts and resume them later from your device
• Track the status of submitted applications in real time
• Receive notifications when applications change status

For lab technicians
• View assigned seed samples
• Record ISTA-standard test results (purity, germination, moisture, foreign matter)
• Attach test documents and evidence photos
• Send results to the central system as soon as they're recorded

For anyone — public certificate verification
