Did not recognise me, so couldn't register.

Created an account easily. Now perpetually wants me to update my tenancy details even though there are no changes. Confirming them doesn't help. Website doesn't recognise my log in details I created here so can't access through there to see if it's any different. So I guess I won't be using the online services.
