Page to Markdown Firefox

Page to Markdown

By: bermudi
Ever needed to give some context to your LLM? Just download the current page as markdown on your downloads folder with one click!

Features & Capabilities

Page to Markdown is a Chrome extension that lets you save any webpage as clean Markdown with a single click. It automatically grabs the page title and site name, strips ads and clutter, and formats images with captions for easy notes and prompts.

The output is optimized for LLMs and saved to your Downloads folder with safe filenames. If something goes wrong, you’ll receive a notification. This makes offline reading, archiving, and sharing content in a Markdown-friendly format simple.

Very clean and nice YAML frontmatter. Super simple to use, has given me zero grief.

Great extension, works well and saves a lot of time. Thank you! Small issue: sometimes images get duplicated in Obsidian even when they are not duplicated on the webpage.

It's not functionly properly. Only worker on reddit on my tests and not with a good result. Needed to clean it first
