Page Structure

Utilize the Firefox Sidebar to display the structural labels on a web page, including its page title, headings, and landmarks, for web accessibility evaluation.

The Page Structure Chrome extension provides web developers and accessibility evaluators an intuitive way to assess a web page's structural compliance with accessibility standards like WCAG 2.1 and WAI-ARIA 1.2. By leveraging the Firefox Sidebar, users can view the page title, hierarchical HTML headings, and ARIA landmark regions all at once.

This tool is invaluable for ensuring that screen reader users receive an accurate overview of page content and landmarks, facilitating efficient navigation. Headings and landmarks are clearly presented and can be selected to highlight and scroll to the respective element on the page. This helps authors fine-tune content labeling and structure to enhance accessibility and user experience for people with visual impairments.

User reviews

That is great! Awesome! I have replaced other extensions related to 'Headings, TOC, Outline' with it. The interface also needs to be full of browser height; Please refer to the style of "Outline sidebar" for font size, perhaps for a better experience Feature request: 1. Filter search box 2. Dark Theme 3. Scroll Spy (When the page scrolls, the interface indicates the corresponding title) 4. Temporary favorite symbols (click on the heading title left side, highlight heading tag), and also add favorite symbols in appropriate positions on the page.
