Step 1: As of 3/6/2025, if you're as in love with this extension as I am, go into Extensions > Manage Extensions, and re-enable it. Who knows how long this will continue to work, so... Step 2: Look for an alternative to Google Chrome because it sucks now.

Clicking on 'Activated by' to choose right mouse button for example, does not do anything.
Hand tool title is misleading as it does not work like a hand tool in Photoshop would or any other app that would have a workplace larger than screen and needed moving around.
Coordinating ctrl click (on Mac) with mouse movement is incredibly frustrating. Moving a page in desired direction often results in inertial movement in opposite direction by letting the ctrl go a little bit after finishing the move (to return the mouse back into original place for the next scroll) or the ctrl key release having a delayed registration by plugin.
