Very expensive and you can only watch one video without getting a subscription (with a "free" trial) if you need to put in your credit debit info for a "free" trial it seems like an app or company is just getting to get you to subscribe and if your don't like it hope's you forget and just keep paying and that is a big turn off for me and I'm betting a lot of people

After almost a lifetime of chronic illnesses Theresa gentle, caring, understanding approach is helping me find hope again to heal the physical and emotional wounds. She does a amazing job to help you express what is going on, your feelings, and work to re wire your thought process on so many things our minds and bodies are going through to feel hope and happiness again. I already have so many fav videos I do over and many more I can't wait to do and share with others!
