And the venue is always in front of the Porto Antico, in Sottoripa, in the heart of the historic center of Genoa, a stone's throw from Fabrizio De André's favorite 'Sciamadda'.

And since its inception, it cares about Ligurian products, such as oil and wine, with a list dedicated exclusively to wines produced in Liguria.

The menu also has Genoa and Liguria at its heart, with a rotation that, starting from the dishes of Genoese cuisine, ranges with particular attention to fish, pesto and sea sauce.
