the app genuinely gets me on trouble so many times. they keep giving the wrong time, It says bus is at 1135, I reach at 1130, bus is gone already next is at 12. it's so freaking irritating. when I'm in a rush I depend on this app and if seems like they just randomly generate some numbers for it's arrival.

When I first started using the app a few years back, it was excellent. Information loaded quickly, accurately. Recently, however, the app has become noticeably slower and some of the information provided appears to be inaccurate. I am not sure what has changed, but the overall experience has declined significantly.
