The National Charitable Foundation for Home Health Care - We Care for You was established on 2/2/1418 AH, corresponding to 6/25/1997 AD. Headed by Her Highness Princess Hessa bint Trad Al Shaalan, wife of the late King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.
This was followed by the establishment of a branch of the National Charitable Foundation for Home Health Care in the Western Region, headed by Her Royal Highness Princess Adela bint Abdullah bin Abdulaziz. In 2014, a decision was issued for Her Royal Highness Princess Adela bint Abdullah bin Abdulaziz to assume the presidency of the Foundation in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
