ADB Tile puts your wireless ADB connect string one tap away — right in your Quick Settings shade, no app to open, no digging through menus.

── WHAT IT DOES ──

Wireless ADB debugging requires knowing your device's IP address and port every time you start a new session. ADB Tile detects both automatically and copies the full "adb connect ip:port" string to your
clipboard the moment you tap the tile.

Just pull down your Quick Settings shade and tap. Done.

── QUICK SETTINGS TILE ──

Add the ADB Tile to your Quick Settings panel and you'll always have your connect string within reach. The tile shows your current status at a glance — active or off — and the connect string right on the
tile itself. Tap to copy, long-press to open the full app.

The tile auto-refreshes whenever wireless debugging is toggled on or off, so the status is always current without you having to do anything.

── HOME SCREEN WIDGET ──

Prefer to see your ADB status without opening the shade? Add the home screen widget to see your IP and port at a glance, with a one-tap copy button and a refresh icon. Perfect for keeping on a secondary
screen or your development home screen.

── ONE-TAP TOGGLE (ADVANCED) ──

Run a single ADB command from your PC once, and ADB Tile gains the ability to toggle wireless debugging on and off directly from the tile — no settings screen needed. The permission persists until you
uninstall the app. Instructions are built into the app.

── AUTO-DETECTION ──

ADB Tile detects your connect string using multiple methods:
• System settings (fastest)
• mDNS / Bonjour service discovery
• System properties fallback

This means it works across a wide range of Android devices and manufacturers, including Samsung, Pixel, OnePlus, Xiaomi, and more.

── PERMISSIONS ──

• ACCESS_WIFI_STATE — read your local IP address
• INTERNET — local mDNS discovery to detect ADB port (no data sent externally)

── COMPATIBILITY ──

Requires Android 10 (API 29) or higher. Wireless debugging requires Android 11+. Direct tile toggle requires a one-time permission grant via ADB.

Note: On some manufacturer skins (e.g. Samsung One UI), the shortcut to Wireless Debugging settings opens Developer Options instead — you will need to navigate one level deeper. All other features work on
all supported devices.
