2024-11-20	Be*****	Well so far this app is absolutely amazing! I love how easy it is to find exactly what I'm looking for. And the fact that I can rename my accounts is a great thing as well. The people that work at United Southeast FCU, which are basically the same ones that worked for MEFCU, before the merger, are always friendly and helpful. And they always have the biggest smile on their faces. WONDERFUL experience with everything. Thanks for allowing me to bank with you guys!

2024-09-29	De*****	The other program was much easier to locate balance and work with billpay accts. I dont like this new program. I cant find what I need without searching alot.

2024-09-29	Cl*****	Decent app, has trouble updating frequently and syncing biometrics for easy login. Other than that it's really easy to use and usually pretty fast and efficient.

2024-04-03	ke*****	I have to make several attempts to actually log in. My bank had a merger with usfcu and this app only worked right for a few days after that. It does work great, once I can actually log in. I checked for my phones and the apps latest updates. I have uninstalled/reinstalled and restarted the phone many,many times.

2021-12-07	Ch*****	the app is actually decent the bank isn't a lot of updates (constantly) often won't load an accurate balance, on top of no option to turn off overdraft fees? Come on! Most banks offer an option to turn off these fees, and when you take into account they charge a $2 statement fee every month that you can't turn off unless you go to your online account, it's a joke. I'm sorry but this bank and the way they operate need to take lessons from more successful banks and banking apps.
