Rather than relying on complex emotional vocabulary, users check in using colors and guided prompts that make it easier to recognize emotions, build self awareness, and develop healthy coping strategies.

Created through youth driven research and development by 300FOR300, Check In With Color was designed alongside young people to support emotional wellbeing, self reflection, and communication.
