User Reviews

Users appreciate the app's design and innovative Web3 messaging concept. However, many face issues with constant update prompts lacking update options, account bans likely due to regional restrictions (mostly South Korea), poor language support as English is missing, and poor customer support leading to unresolved problems especially with KRW transactions.

Pros

App design is charming and appealing (mentioned as '아기자기 하게 이쁜것 같아요' and '편해요 좋은 지갑이에요 피쳐도 그렇고')
App has potential as a Web3 messenger
Users find the idea innovative and amazing

Cons

Frequent prompts to update the app without the option to do so
User numbers are getting banned, suggesting limited regional availability (mainly South Korea)
Lack of English language support causing usability issues for non-Korean users
Difficulty logging in and inability to contact support, especially related to KRW transfers
