sutamaya

Sutamaya is a reader for the Early Buddhist Texts: the Pali discourses in English, with each line's Pali a tap away and a dictionary on every Pali word.

It is built to work offline. All five collections of discourses come with the app, so you can read anywhere, without a connection and without an account.
