SubTrack is a simple recurring expense and subscription manager designed to help you organize subscriptions, track renewal dates, and understand your future recurring spending—all directly on your device.

With SubTrack, you manually add your recurring expenses and subscription information, such as the name, cost, billing frequency, category, payment method, trial end date, and renewal date. The app then organizes this information into dashboards, calendars, and spending insights so you can easily see what is coming up and how much you may spend over time.

HOW SUBTRACK WORKS

1. Add your recurring expenses
Create an entry for a subscription or recurring expense and enter details such as its name, price, billing frequency, category, payment method, and relevant dates.

2. Track upcoming renewals
SubTrack calculates and displays upcoming renewal dates so you can keep track of recurring payments and subscription periods.

3. Set local reminders
Choose when you want to be reminded before a renewal or trial expiration. Notifications are scheduled locally on your device.

4. Understand your spending
View monthly and annual recurring expense totals, category breakdowns, payment method distribution, and projected spending over the next 12 months.

5. Use the renewal calendar
The calendar view provides an organized way to see upcoming renewal dates and trial expiration dates.

6. Manage your data locally
SubTrack is designed to work without connecting to bank accounts or requiring bank credentials, credit card numbers, or cloud account logins. Your subscription information is stored locally on your device.

7. Export or import your records
You can export your subscription records as JSON for your own backup or transfer purposes and import them when needed. The exported file is saved locally according to your device's file-sharing and storage options.
