Non-existent support. The day after install I received an in app notification advising that my account was suspended. I thought this strange as I had not even attempted to chat or post yet. I reached out to support multiple times over the past 10 days with no response. Funny thing is my read only access allows me to see surpisingly profane posts by users directed at others nothing short of personal attacks.
