spekrum won't update email address and no option to close account registered products is unknown without days of messaging a bot the customer chat line is dead . my spectrum won't show a product as registered as there is no search bar for it . the post is for spectrum website as there is no where else to comment ☹️

Completely unable to use the app or Bluetooth module to tune my losi promoto. App works until you connect to the Bluetooth module and then it just crashes. Tried doing it in various ways to help prevent it from crashing and only one time with the bike off was I able to get it to connect to the transmitter but it doesn't seem to have transferred my changed endpoint data. Also why does it want access to all my photos and phone numbers.
