2026-08-04	Ro*****	I used to be able to just get on this site after using the biometric. The past 6 month to a year now I get sent a text code to enter before I can view my chart. I understand this might be to protect me and the information on my chart but it becomes very frustrating when I have to request the code three and four times before I get the text. As I am writing tbis three or four text now have come through. this shoukd mot take 5 to 6 minutes to receive the code. Not happy with my chart today
