I paid for a monthly subscription through Google Play, and the payment was successfully charged on August 7. Google Play shows the payment, but the subscription is not active in the app and seems to have disappeared from my account. I have already been charged for the month, so I should still have access to the subscription. This is very frustrating. Please fix this issue and restore my subscription, or provide a refund for the payment that was taken.

Fantastic resource for Chinese learners! At beginner and intermediate levels, it can be hard to find interesting reading material, but this app offers a wide variety of stories and articles written, narrated, and transated by real humans. The app makes it easy to access (or hide) pinyin, definitions, and whole-sentence translations. Absolutely worth paying for.
