update: I have sent an email to yor support team but haven't had any response. The app is great for updating school for sickness without having to call. however, I only receive messages for one child. all messages for my other child at the same school get sent to my email and often junk inbox email so I miss messages and announcements from school. have been into school who have checked all notification my end and theirs, and we're all stumped! deleting and reinstalling makes.bo difference!

Useful app but messages need better organisation. Parents should be able to delete messages that are no longer needed so important ones do not get lost. It would also help if we could attach photos screenshots or files to messages when needed. This would make communication with school much easier and less messy.
