SEOKMUN HOHEUP

The Seokmun Hoheup™ app is designed to help Seokmun Hoheup practitioners (Doban) practice anytime and anywhere in daily life. Even as a guest, you can access the basic features of the app. The goal is to support you in becoming brighter, clearer, and more radiant through joyful, fulfilling practice.

Key features include regular practice with one Haenggong session and one breathing session, a customizable practice routine, a continuous water sound for breathing, a practice log to track your progress, and a Find a Center directory with worldwide contact information. Access requires a one-time verification with your Seokmun™ Doban account at doin.seokmun.org; if you don’t have an account, ask your instructor at your center for signup help.
