Crossics

Crossics is an app that allows you to reach a doctor for medical advice or general health advice. The app allows you to get advice from doctors who don’t necessarily speak your language. The application content was developed together with the Red Cross and professionals (general practitioners and nurses) this means our tool covers most symptoms of standard sicknesses as well as many others situations.

With Crossics, you can have a discussion about for medical advice or general health advice,with a doctor even if you don’t speak the same language. You share your health concerns with the doctor by choosing from the many symptoms, situations, and contexts that the app has. The doctor, with the understanding of your health issue, will be able to guide you through the next steps needed to manage that issue. Their guidance should make your recovery quicker or help you reach the health goal you set.

Having the app downloaded and on hand means you can get guidance/information in remote areas from people who might not be able to speak your language, as soon as you need it.
