Sangathan

Sangathan is the internal operating system for an Indian political party — the place where your organisation actually runs. Members, units, events, attendance, announcements and directives all live in one app, in Hindi and English, built for a leader who has only ever used WhatsApp.

It is NOT a voter-outreach tool. It does not do canvassing, voter lists, or election prediction. Sangathan is your party's own internal layer: who your karyakartas are, which ward they work, what you asked them to do, and whether it got done.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Keep one living directory of every karyakarta — by unit, ward, booth and morcha, not a pile of Excel sheets and paper rosters.

• Announce an event, collect RSVPs, and see exactly who turned up — backed by attendance photos with built-in time and location checks, so reported turnout is verified turnout, not a number on a phone call.

• Get a Post-Event Report on any past event: the full turnout funnel (eligible → RSVP → attended → no-show), who brought the crowd, photo verification flags, and a summary you can forward straight to WhatsApp.

• Send a directive down the chain and watch it come back as a report — with photo or voice proof — so accountability is a loop, not a hope.

• Run structured channels for each unit and morcha: threads, pins, and unread counts, instead of one chaotic WhatsApp group.

• Map your ground structure with booth and panna-level organisation.

• See your active strength — who actually opened the app or reported in the last 7 days.

Sangathan is white-label and multi-tenant. Your party's data is isolated to your party. We enforce this at the database level with row-level security on every table — there is no shared pool where one party can see another.
