RunnerUp is a free, open-source GPS tracker for Android with no ads, no in-app purchases and no forced user tracking. Track your runs and workouts with detailed pace, distance and time stats, highly configurable audio cues, target-pace or heart-rate zone runs, and Garmin-style interval workouts. Connect Bluetooth SMART (BLE), ANT+, PolarWearLink or Zephyr heart-rate monitors and configure heart-rate zones for smarter training.

Upload activities with one click to Strava, Runalyze, RunKeeper, RunningAHEAD or WebDAV, share workouts by email, and use the companion Wear OS app (plus Pebble support) for basic in-run controls. MapBox-powered maps are enabled by default when viewing activities but can be disabled from the map. Ideal for privacy-conscious runners and cyclists who want powerful training features without subscriptions or tracking.

Does the things I want pretty well! I use it with a heart rate monitor and listen to BPM and HR zone audio cues when running. Just remember to keep Battery Saver off for it to work properly!
