Perfect keep tracks of everything: dr.appt. procedures. Don't have carry bunch of folder in hand or try remember all names:& numbers it's all in one place. The assistant also contact u let u know when offices be closed for holidays.

I hate being reminded over and over and over about appointments and then having to e check in then having to confirm appointments. I do not need to spend ALL my free time on my chart!
