Our Decision is a tool for you to know your sexual and reproductive rights and have tools to exercise and enforce them.

It is aimed at all people living in Argentina and was specially developed so that people with disabilities can use it. Its content reflects gender and disability perspectives.


It is free and among its main features you will find:

My rights
It contains useful information on the sexual and reproductive rights of all women living in Argentina, including all girls, youth and women with disabilities, regardless of the type of disability. It includes the norms that recognize and protect these rights. It also has a keyword search engine to quickly find information about your rights when you need them.

Attention Places
It allows you to search for medical services and places near your home that provide sexual and reproductive health care and information.
You will know what place it is, where it is located, how many blocks it is from your current location and if it is public or private.
In addition, you will find the opinions of other users who visited the place. Thus, you will be able to know what other women said about the accessibility of the place for people with disabilities and the quality of care they received.
As a user, you can enter your opinion about the health care place you went to through an anonymous questionnaire. Your answers will help other people know if that place provides a respectful treatment of your rights.

Help Lines
It shows you the phone lines that provide attention to sexual and reproductive rights and gender-based violence. Provides information on the type of assistance they offer, hours of operation and alternative means of communication (for example, WhatsApp) if available. It concentrates the information so that you can click and call: the 911 Emergency line, Line 144 that provides assistance for people in situations of gender-based violence, Line 0800 Sexual Health that facilitates access to sexual health services and reproductive and general health advice lines. These communication channels are administered by the State.

I had a problem
Let us tell you if you experienced a situation where, for some reason, you felt that you were not treated well and your rights were not respected. You can send us this information in a strictly confidential and anonymous way. This is a short form that aims to collect information on violations of the sexual and reproductive rights of women with and without disabilities.
This is not a complaint or an official report to state authorities.
The information received will be analyzed confidentially by the organizations that developed this application.

Forum
The forum works in a Facebook group that you can access from the application with just one click. Through this channel you can receive information, communicate with other people to share experiences, share doubts, advice and more in relation to sexual and reproductive health.


Clarification on the use of Personal Data
The application Our Decision does not save the personal data of the people who use it in the database, as well as their location. Anonymous use of the functionalities is guaranteed.


Our Decision was developed within the framework of the DeSeAr with Inclusion project. DeSeAr seeks to promote the sexual and reproductive rights of the more than two million women with disabilities who live in Argentina. It is a joint initiative of FUSA for Integral Health with a Civil Rights Perspective Association (FUSA AC), the Network for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (REDI) and the UN Trust Fund to Eliminate Violence against Women.
