This is an invaluable resource for my Real Estate clients. I can give them a resource that is likezillow/Redfin that is personalized to them and instantly connects to me. It keeps us all I formed on the most appropriate properties to them, as well as market trends in the areas the live or are searching. Better still, I give this to clients VERY early in the process to help train them on the markets they care about.

Extremely limited in functionality, and without CRMLS "coming soon" listings it is a non-starter for agent use with a client. All clients expect coming soon listings in our market and already have them through every other search portal at their disposal. Also, the search feature is extremely limited and seems to not allow for any other status than "Active" (no under contract, pending, closed, hold, etc.)
