Ch*****		 When I try to download, this tells me that I already have it downloaded on another device and will not download it to the iPad that I need to use My laser engraver with. Useless. Ill be returning the laser engraver.

FR*****		 Was good until I used the roller to do a tumbler. Now even with the roller unplugged, it still acts as if it's plugged in. I can no longer use the app unless it's with the roller! Please help...
