2021-08-15	ju*****	Doesn't work out of area. Try to enter address of my elderly father because I live in a different state but the app freezes on that screen. Never have been able to type in a single thing on that screen and then I have to force close the app. I have tried this with the Samsung Galaxy S8 active and now the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE. Too bad, this would be so helpful in arranging care as he is a disabled vet with special needs 24/7.

2016-10-23	A *****	This app is great for emergencies, I used it when hurricane Michael was coming around and I don't regret nothing, it told me about evac areas, available shelters, what to pack, and what to do in case God forbid something bad happened.
