Instead, they greedily want you to keep paying a yearly or monthly fee to get rid of the ads. They'll come around once a month and ask you to pay them for all the hard work they're doing protecting you from the ads they built in their app. Be a shame if anything happened to your privacy, you know? No thanks, I'm good.
