Overly complicated and unnecessary complicated when it doesn't need to be I had to log all the furniture in a whole school it was a nightmare🤬

Needs improvement. Sometimes support tickets do not appear until hours after creation, does not obey the android system wide dark theme unless you force it through dev options, does not send alerts when a ticket is created or updated.
