Not user friendly. Why so difficult to file a complaint? Are doctors that well safe guarded against patient complaints? No wonder there are so many uncompetened doctors. Wish OMA paid attention to us patients

Please update so that the back button on androids doesn't always automatically exit the app when you are looking up diagnostic codes and billing codes.
